Clear before complex
Technology should make the business easier to understand and operate—not add another layer of confusion. Every build begins with a defined business problem, a clear scope and an agreed outcome.
Redmont Technologies is a founder-led digital systems studio based in Melbourne, Australia, working with service businesses Australia-wide.
We design websites, booking systems, client portals and internal operations tools that work together as one branded experience.
The website is the front door. Behind it, we build the infrastructure that helps the business operate—with scope agreed before work begins.

Redmont Technologies is led by Michael Andrews. From the first review through to scope, design, development and launch, you work directly with the person responsible for the build—not through sales layers or disconnected production teams.
Redmont Technologies takes on a limited number of active builds at a time. That keeps communication direct, decisions practical, and each project receiving close attention through to handover.

Redmont Technologies is the current public brand. The background below describes the earlier AUREX brand and retains that attribution.
AUREX began with a straightforward goal: build stronger websites for established service businesses.
But the deeper we looked, the clearer the real problem became.
For many businesses, the website was only one part of a disconnected customer journey. Enquiries were handled manually. Bookings were sent through third-party tools. Client information lived across spreadsheets, inboxes and calendars. Staff repeated the same administrative work across multiple platforms.
Improving the website helped—but it did not solve everything happening behind it.
That insight shaped what AUREX has become.
Today, we still design and build high-quality websites. We also connect those websites to the systems businesses need after a visitor decides to take the next step.
We did not move away from websites.
We turned them into the front gate of something much bigger.
Redmont Technologies does not begin with a generic package or force every business into the same platform.
We begin with the problem.
We look at the website, the customer journey and the work happening behind the scenes. We identify where opportunities are being lost, where customers experience friction and where the business is relying on disconnected tools or repetitive manual processes.
From there, we recommend the most practical level of build—with clear scope before any work begins.
For one business, that may be a focused website upgrade. For another, it may be a new website with online booking. For a business ready to bring its full client journey under one roof, it may become a complete Redmont Technologies Business Operating System.
The goal is not to build the largest system possible. The goal is to build the right system for the business now—with room to expand when the need is real.
Throughout the project, you deal directly with Michael Andrews—the person reviewing, scoping and leading delivery.
Technology should make the business easier to understand and operate—not add another layer of confusion. Every build begins with a defined business problem, a clear scope and an agreed outcome.
The customer-facing website and the internal business systems should not feel like separate products assembled from unrelated parts. We design them as one connected experience.
Every service business has different clients, processes and operational requirements. We build around those realities rather than copying a template catalogue and changing the colours.
Redmont Technologies systems are designed to become useful business assets—not permanent mysteries that only the developer understands. Testing, deployment, documentation and handover are treated as part of the build, not an afterthought.
Optional features such as payments, automated email, SMS, meeting tools and external integrations are scoped clearly. We do not hide important requirements behind vague promises or assume every integration is included by default.
Redmont Technologies projects can begin at any stage of the journey.

Redmont Technologies does not view a website as an isolated marketing asset. It is the first stage of a larger relationship between the customer and the business—and each project is led directly from review through to delivery.
That is the journey we design for.
From visitor to booked client—inside one branded system.
